Founder and face of Minds Matter. After suffering a terrible accident and then as a result suffering with GAD,SAD, post traumatic stress disorder , Lewis created a Facebook page just to see how many other people were suffering with similar things. The page quickly became an extremely popular support group for people going through a whole range of mental health issues. Lewis posted tips that was helping him get through, as well as facts and general information on mental illness.
As a result he cleared 2000 friends on his Minds Matter page, there are hundreds more readers but some people prefer to remain anonymous. He then decided that he needed to do more to help these people reaching out to him. This is when he decided to start the Minds Matter site, with the primary aim of helping as many people as possible and letting them know that it is okay to talk about it. More people than you think are going through the same thing or similar problems and issues.

Alex as a personal trainer deals with a wide range of people and personalities, and has come across mental illness with some of his clients. Alex offers a different point of view to the story.
